Our Data
PropertySearchGPT connects to MLS® data feeds covering Ontario, including active listings from the Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and historical sold data from Virtual Office Website (VOW) feeds. The platform indexes over 59,000 active listings across the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Windsor, Barrie, Kingston, and hundreds of other cities and towns. Accuracy and Limitations
